2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2) (n), 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, petitioner is alleged to have called the informant to Darbhanga after they became friend on Facebook and thereafter on promise of marriage sexual relationship made with her. In the F.I.R., it has further come that petitioner has been in contact with other females also on Facebook and had been calling them to Darbhanga.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023.

8. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Mahila Police Station, District- Darbhanga on first Sunday of every month, and the Station House Officer, Mahila Police Station will see his Facebook account of the petitioner on each of visit so that he doesn't repeat the crime in future, failing which his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.
