JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 304 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner is a quack and treated the informant's husband as a result he died. It is submitted that the allegation is of dated 22.4.2014 and this complaint for some oblique motive was filed after one year, which is on 20.6.2015.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Lalan Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
