2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of dispute between the families of the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition, submitting that there is specific accusation of assault with iron

Reference is invited to the order of the learned Sessions Judge who has taken note of the injury report in paragraph-14 of the case diary which shows the injury sustained by the informant is grievous in nature.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
