JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020 for the offenses under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that these petitioners have assaulted the informant side. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case on account of land dispute. The petitioners are in custody since 8.10.2020.
