Patna High Court CWJC No.7480 of 2015 dt.23-08-2016 Executive Engineer, South Bihar, Water Resources Department, Biharsharif to examine this issue and necessary decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and communicate it to the Accountant General who shall take necessary steps in this regard for removal of the anomaly, if any.
