JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail (Narkatiaganj) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2019 on remand.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 7 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
