Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,326,504,34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury at the abdomen of the informant. The Doctor has found consistent injury. Two other eye witnesses have also supported the allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2020. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and supporting material, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.Case No.138 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
