Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.292 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46825 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.21989 of 2023.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VII, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.292 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
