It appears from the show-cause filed by the opposite party No. 2 that the order under contempt has now been complied with, therefore, the application has become infructuous. It is, thus, dismissed as infructuous.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in Annexure-B ( issued vide Memo No. 161 dated 25.01.2018 passed by the S.D.O., West, Muzafarpur) to the show-cause, there is a typographical error inasmuch as in the third line of letter No. 609 and 611 have been referred to as to be dated 10.12.2015 instead of 10.04.2015. The authorities are thus directed to correct
