The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 and 34 of Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of two cases and allegation is of recovery of a countrymade loaded pistol along with a live cartridge and a touch screen mobile and Rs. 5,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
