Admittedly the petitioner is a Prakhand Teacher and, therefore, if she is aggrieved by an order of transfer, the remedy for her, in the first instance, shall only be before the competent District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority in terms of Rule 18 of the Bihar Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rules.

That being so, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Rishi/- U
