JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondents to give the petitioner, the pecuniary benefits of revised pay scale as also make payment of the enhanced pay scale with interest in light of fundamental Rule 23(c).
In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to grant an opportunity to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today which shall be considered and disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
