Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal reserving the liberty to represent to the appropriate authority/respondent no.4. Permission granted clarifying that we have not interfered with the findings of the impugned judgment passed by learned Single Judge.

It goes without saying that the representation, if any, shall be considered expeditiously on its own merit in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
