That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to grant all three ACPs to the petitioner as well as for payment of arrears and according revision of pension may be directed to give to the petitioner which are due since long.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional

Patna High Court CWJC No.16431 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 Chief Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Additional Chief Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
