====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GA No. 7.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 30.10.2013 passed in CWJC No. 15762 of 2012. By the said order the writ

Patna High Court MJC No.1364 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 petition was disposed of with an observation that in the event member of the Association approaches individually before the competent authority same may be examined in its right perspective.

In this case show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 to 7 and it has been indicated that matter was examined and as per Government Resolution certain decision has been taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that individually the petitioner has filed application for appointment but no order has been passed regarding appointment. Since in the writ petition there was no such direction for appointment the court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass further order in the present petition. If the petitioner feels aggrieved he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

The petition stands disposed of.
