2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., co-accused Guddu Ram and Ram Kumar Ram committed murder of the son of the informant. It is alleged that both the co-accused persons had threatened the deceased with dire consequences in the past.

4. It is submitted that neither the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor any suspicion has been raised against him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application and submits that during course of investigation, wife

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
