This criminal miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 22.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7534 of 2017 stating therein that due to typographical mistake in paragraph 1 and in payer portion of the bail application 'A.C.J.M., Narkatiyagaj' has been typed in place of 'A.C.J.M., Bettiah'. Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent that in the order dated 22.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7534 of 2017 'A.C.J.M., Narkatiyagaj' be read as 'A.C.J.M., Bettiah'.
