The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 16.07.2020, the informant, Shiv Ram Singh, was going to his field, at that time, six persons, named in the first information report, including the petitioner came and caused assault at the head of the informant through iron rod. At that time, mother of the informant reached, then, she was also abused and misbehaved and her ear-rings was snatched. At that time, they all had threatened to withdraw the case.

Submission is that the petitioner and other accused are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54353 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 gotia of the informant. The instant case is counter blast of Wazirganj PS case No. 335/2020 lodged by the petitioner against the informant and his family members. Allegation is general and omnibus.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender, within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2020 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
