JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 25.09.2012, contained in Memo No. 256 dated 25.09.2012 passed in Appeal No. 176 of 2009 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar. Permission is accorded.
