The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not involved in the illegal sale of F.C.I. grain. He has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 57543 of 2015, 41811 of 2016, 8193 of 2016, 29758 of 2014 and 30530 of 2013.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3440 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
