The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.326 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 409, 188 Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation that this petitioner did not submit folder and other documents with regard to appointment of contract teacher of Rampur and Nahauna Panchayat to the Vigilance Department in terms of the direction of the Hon'ble Court given in CWJC No.15459 of 2014.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he took charge of Rampur Panchayat on 31.10.2009 from one Suresh Singh (Anneuxre-2). Suresh Singh did not give charge of all the documents. He has further stated that with respect to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9013 of 2017 (4) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Nahauna Panchayat, he has deposited all the folders vide Annexure-3.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.326 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
