2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. Parties have filed IA dated 1.5.2024 bringing on record the terms of settlement which is taken on record.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not

5. Considering this development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 3766C/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
