2. This is an old matter of the year 2016 and still the petitioner is not showing any interest to pursue the writ application. In fact, on 19.11.2018 also when the petitioner had not appeared this writ application had been dismissed for non-prosecution, which was subsequently restored vide order 20.02.2019 passed in M.J.C. No.4958 of 2018. Even after the lapse of almost seven years when this case has been called out today, again nobody is showing interest to pursue the writ application.

3. Under these circumstances, it is apparent that the
