The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that on the secret information, the informant reached at the place of occurrence and apprehended two persons with stolen motorcycles. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-04-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner had no

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class Court No. 2), Buxar in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019.
