2. Considering the nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner with consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is seeking relief of Mandamum in the present writ application but has not approached any authority up till now for redressal of his grievance. Petitioner humbly submits that he would be satisfied if this case is disposed of relegating the petitioner to file a representation before the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent No.3) for ventilating his grievance.

4. On this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State has no objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna (respondent No.3).

6. If the petitioner approaches the respondent No.3 within four weeks by filing the representation, the respondent No.3, i.e., Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna shall hear the petitioner and decide his representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order. While disposing of the representation of the petitioner, the Sr. Superintendent of Police will also hear all other concerned parties, i.e., Ram Babu Singh, respondent No.6, Jaddu Paswan, respondent No.7.

7. The entire exercise must be completed within 12 weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application shall stand disposed of.

9. All the pending Interlocutory applications will automatically be disposed of.
