The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury at the head of the informant.
Submission of the petitioner is that the injury is simple in nature.
Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Gardanibagh Police Station Case No. 33 of 2016 pending in the Court of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17246 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Hence, prayer is refused.
