The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 36, 38(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

61 liters & 560 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from two motorcycles and petitioner is alleged to be indulged in the trade of illicit liquor.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 250 of 2019.
