This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of commission of assault at the face of the informant with sharp cutting weapon is against co-accused, Rohit. There is general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners to have committed assault.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19886 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 each in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
