The petitioner apprehends arrest in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 283 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B),120,34 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is alleged that the petitioner took the sister of the informant on 30.06.2014. Thereafter, on 01.07.2014, the informant got information that his sister has died and the dead body has been taken to Gaya for cremation.

Learned APP for the State has submitted that learned Sessions Judge in impugned order mentioned that process under Section 82 and 83 has been issued against the petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12779 of 2018(4) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by this order.
