In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"The present petitioner is being filed for quashing the office Order no. 189 dated 06.09.2018 passed by the Chief

Patna High Court CWJC No.2110 of 2021 dt.06-04-2022 2/2 Administrator, Bihar State Raod Transport Corporation, Patna and Circulated vide Memo No. 3050 dated 06.09.2018 by which annual increment given to the petitioner from the period August 1992- June 2007 has been stopped / restrained with immediate effect on the basis of so-called complain of one Dinesh Kumar Singh (Journalist) of Manbodh Nagar, Kishanganj."

During the pendency of the present petition, disciplinary authority is stated to have passed an order imposing certain penalty. In the light of later development, the present petition do not survive for consideration.
