2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagawanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 61 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of hatching the conspiracy to get the informant killed.

4. The petitioner is the son-in-law of the informant. His name has been given by the informant for firing upon him. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2025. There is no material in the records to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45165 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIth Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagawanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025.

6. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial by appearing personally till the framing of charge and after framing of charge he is directed to cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer.
