Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Khijarsarai P.S. Case No.137 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

As per written report, deceased herself has stated to the informant that all the petitioners had tortured her for demand of dowry and also set her on fire.

In the post mortem report, doctor has found extensive burn injuries on the person of the deceased.

Prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
