JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Education Appointment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur for redressal of her grievances.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by filing an appeal within a period of four weeks from today and if such an appeal is filed, the authority shall examine the same without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
