JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 In the order dated 20.11.2018, the case number has been wrongly mentioned as C.W.J.C. no. 15407 of 2016. The same is directed to be corrected and be read as C.W.J.C. no. 15409 of 2016. Accordingly, the memo of parties be also corrected and amended.

It is needless to state that the petitioner was granted liberty to file a representation regarding his grievance before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks. The same is extended and now, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a proper representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no. 3 by a speaking order and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from filing of the said representation.
