The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273, 290 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of co-accused Yogendra Kushwaha, as is evident from seizure list. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.54751 of 2021(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
