JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 The present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents to grant the petitioner similar pay scale as that was being given to the other similarly situated persons. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.8 has referred to paragraph no.4 of the counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has already been granted promotion to the post of Headmaster, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate any surviving grievances before the departmental authority.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of
