Petitioner is accused in connection with Sohail P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Mukesh Prajapat has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31362 of 2019 on 10.05.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with
