Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Vikash Sahni and Bablu Kumar who assaulted the husband of the informant with iron rod on his head and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners to the effect that they thrashed the deceased with bricks. Parties are agnates and admittedly there is land dispute in which vide order

Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Hathaurhi Police Station Case No. 132 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
