The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 723 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341,323,354(B), 374, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR, which was registered by the informant, who alleges that the petitioner does have beaten her and there is no overt act of causing injury upon the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest she shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54194 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
