1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Sadar Aurangabad P.S. Case No.471/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 45, 41(1) and 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amended) Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Excise, Court No.2, Aurangabad.

3. Learned APP submits that from perusal of para-3 it manifests that petitioner is a person with clean antecedents but from the supplementary affidavit, it manifests that petitioner has antecedent of 10 cases, which amply demonstrates that petitioner by concealing his antecedents intended to take bail. It is further submitted that since this court while granting anticipatory bail directs the learned trial court to verify the antecedents before accepting the bail bonds, as such petitioner became wise and filed supplementary affidavit.

4. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected, considering the submission of learned APP. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
