The present application has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to District Magistrate, Saran as well as Superintendent of Police, Saran for providing protection to life personal liberty taking into consideration rights/ entitle upon land situated in Kheshra No. 538 East to N.H.- 102, Mauza- Maulanapur in District of Saran which was forcefully captured by unsocial element exercised muscle ignoring
Patna High Court CWJC No.15759 of 2016(5) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 rights and title upon land and for other necessary relief.
3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the State according to which, there is private dispute between Kedar Nath Divedi and Shaligram Singh, the respondent herein on the throwing of the garbage and the said report has been submitted by the Dy.S.P. II, Madhaura Sadar to the superior Police Officers.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to represent before appropriate authority.
