2. The present application is filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of judicial order dated 25.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15282 of 2022.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire

Patna High Court MJC No.1854 of 2023(6) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 dues has been mentioned in the representation provided by the petitioner before the University along with the order passed by this Court which is annexed as Annexure-5.

4. Counsel for University submits that all admissible dues is paid to the petitioner and in this regard, a reason and speaking order has been passed which has been communicated to the petitioner vide Annexure R/A contained in Memo No. 864(R) dated 22.04.2024 and now no dues is to be paid.

5. In the light of the show-cause filed by the counsel for the University, this M.J.C. petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that if petitioner has any grievance left, he may move to the appropriate forum.
