The supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the respondents on 17.12.2015, wherein, it has been stated that the direction contained in the order dated 27.08. 2014 of this Court has been fully complied.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in response to the aforesaid statement has submitted that the liberty be granted to them to assail the order passed by the respondentboard as annexed with the said supplementary show cause in accordance with law as according to the petitioners those orders are not sustainable either in law or on facts. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court has already been complied, these contempt applications do not survive.
Patna High Court MJC No.882 of 2015 (4) dt.10-02-2016 Accordingly, both the contempt applications are dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to assail the orders passed by the respondent-board in accordance with law. (V. Nath, J) Ranjan/- U
