The present writ application has been filed for a direction to respondent authorities to get the illegal boundary wall constructed by Private Respondent No. 6, Ajit Kumar over the land of the petitioner appertaining to Plot No. 1119, Khata No. 73, Tauzi No. 131, Thana No. 26, P.S. Ram Krishna Nagar, Jaganpura, Patna removed and further for providing security to the petitioner for construction of wall over the land in question. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application since the petitioner has filed BLT Case No. 66 of 2018 before
Patna High Court CWJC No.16035 of 2016(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 the DCLR, Patna Sadar, the appropriate authority, seeking same relief.
Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
