2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 34.56 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of Petitioner No. 1 and 34.56 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of Petitioner No. 2.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated merely on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of these

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the vehicles of which these petitioners are registered owners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and huge quantity of liquor that has been recovered from a vehicles of which these petitioners are registered owner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
