JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents. He submits that only two months salary has not been paid.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to verify the relevant record and if it is found that the petitioner has worked for the aforesaid period of two months and there is no infirmity in the appointment of the petitioner, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya shall ensure payment of salary for the aforesaid period within a
