1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners in this application pray for bail apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case no.88 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 323, 341, 147, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, over a trivial dispute of discharge of waste water in the land of the informant, it is stated that on the wife of the informant going to the house of the accused persons and protesting, all the seven named accused persons including the two petitioners herein brutally assaulted the informant's wife leading to injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case over a trivial dispute which would be evident from the contents of the FIR itself. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The two petitioners herein are ladies and have been falsely implicated in the case. A number of co-accused including Pramod Yadav and three other ladies have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 6.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. no.60824 of 2023 and vide order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. no.61040 of 2023. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and undertake to cooperate in the trial.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners in the FIR, the petitioners not having any criminal antecedent and grant of bail to four other co-accused vide aforesaid orders dated 13.10.2023 and 6.12.2023, it is directed that both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case no.88 of 2023 on each of
