It appears that despite final time granted to remove the defects, the defects have not been removed. Learned counsel for the State has drawn the attention of this Court towards the show-cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 3. In paragraph '6' of the show-cause, it is stated that all the payments as claimed by the petitioner have been fully paid by the opposite parties.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court takes a
Patna High Court MJC No.2383 of 2019(5) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 view that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this matter as no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
