This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No.222 of 2021, registered for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to surrender before the learned Court below, within a period of four weeks from today, however, the learned trial Court be directed to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day, by taking into account the fact that the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle in question.

No.45394 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, it is directed that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law, on the very same day, considering the fact that the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle in question. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
