Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mali P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, registered under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner was carrying sand after illegal mining from the bed of the river on his tractor but after seeing the police, the petitioner fled away leaving the tractor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not carrying any sand on his tractor. The tractor was parked by the side of the road.

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
